This date marks 85 years since the initial organized efforts of American Unitarians to facilitate the escape of Jewish refugees from Nazi- occupied Europe. But ships full of those refugees were turned away from immigration into the USA. Is there a moral and/or UU imperative for such situations today? Our Emeritus Minister Rev. Dan King shares thoughts on the ethical dilemmas we must confront.
