October 8th @ 9:45AM in Clark’s Cabin: NOEL Zinn on Free Will

Free will is fundamental to Roman Catholic eschatology because, if humans didn't have free will, how else could we be held responsible for our sins? OTOH, our favorite physicist, Sabine Hossenfelder, denies the existence of free will because our actions are deterministically caused by previous actions in a chain going back to the big bang. We'll give Sabine 20 minutes to make her case (in a video) then discuss whether we believe her extraordinary claim.

Adult Discussion Group will be meeting in person @ 9:45AM in Thoreau’s Clark Cabin except on the third Sunday of each month when we will meet in the Sanctuary @ 11AM.

Masks are now optional. The AC and HEPA filter will be running to keep Clark Cabin & the Sanctuary as safe as possible.
