Mark Herranen and other Members of Citizens Climate Lobby will describe how the federal Energy Information and Carbon Dividend Act will move us away from a fossil-fuel economy by placing a fee on carbon products, and providing a dividend to households. They also will provide information on various ways Citizens Climate Lobby is attempting to raise the political will to support this Act.
