We chose this topic last month expecting to address the assimilation of migrants into new national cultures and the assimilation of children back into in-person school cultures. Since then about a million and a half people have fled Ukraine, and some are expecting nearly 7 million internal displacements within Ukraine. So now those people, too, will be part of our discussion.

Zoom link will open at 6:45 PM and is open to all.

Our dinner party-style discussion will begin at 7:00 PM via Zoom, and continue until around 8:30 PM, when we’ll begin choosing the topic for next month.
