Fentanyl Killed Our Daughter

Nancy Fowler will describe the journey that began for her when she found her daughter dead in her bed this past Christmas Eve day.  Since then Nancy has worked to increase fentanyl awareness and to make fentanyl test strips legal in Texas.  She has so far been interviewed by Fox 26, KHOU, and Texas Monthly and has agreed to testify before the Texas legislature.
