As members of NAACP Missouri City, Texas & Vicinity Branch, we recognize the importance of fostering an inclusive business landscape that provides equal opportunities for all entrepreneurs. We understand that systemic barriers have hindered the growth and success of Black-owned businesses, and it is our responsibility to take action to rectify this issue. Historically, African Americans have been negatively impacted through various systems. Instead of complaining, we chose to be part of the solutions by creating an avenue for black owned businesses to grow and impact  the growth of new business. Through our pilot program, we aim to create a supportive ecosystem that helps overcome these challenges and paves the way for sustainable growth and success.

The United Small Black Businesses (USB2) Pilot Project's goal offers Black-owned businesses the following:

  • Access to Expert Guidance

  • Networking and Collaboration Opportunities

  • Understanding and Gaining Access to Funding and Capital

  • Promotion, Publicity and Growth

  • Monitoring and Evaluation
