Sunday, February 11, 11 am  “Self Compassion”

Ordained UU minister and a licensed psychotherapist, Patti Henry, will be in the pulpit today to speak about tapping into your self-compassion. We always feel for the downtrodden, Patti says, and try to help.  But sometimes we forget to help ourselves and to have compassion for the struggles we are going through ourselves.  Please join us when Rev. Patti will talk about finding our self-compassion.
