Urban Planning “How do we transform the city we have into a much more desirable place, illustrating cities that have achieved this"

City Transformation: Making it Desirable, Enjoyable, and Friendly for Everyone.  Rather than move to another city, change where you are!  Starting with the key elements of good urban planning and looking to other livable cities around the globe for inspiration, an existing car-centric inner-suburb will be systematically revised to serve as an example of what can be done wherever you live.  Everyone will have convenient access to work, shop, live, play, and gathering locations all within a convenient 15 minute walk, while providing for a variety of personal and mass transit options, and keeping population density between downtown city and suburb. Prepare to re-imagine where you live that's highly desirable for young and old.  This future will provide ample housing options that range from affordable for the hourly service worker to epic for the wealthy business owner. It will also embrace a lively ecological landscape that connects people with each other and with nature.  

Adult Discussion Group will be meeting in person @ 9:45AM in Thoreau’s Clark Cabin except on the third Sunday of each month when we will meet in the Sanctuary @ 11AM.

Masks are now optional. The AC and HEPA filter will be running to keep Clark Cabin & the Sanctuary as safe as possible.
