TOPIC: Capitalism vs. Socialism
Most of us would agree(!) that neither pure capitalism nor pure socialism work. We’ll discuss what combination of the two might work best — and why.
To prep, do start reading or watching anything relevant and then post it on ChatAqua. To keep the conversation lively, feel free to go beyond the answers we were taught in our long ago econ classes and explore the questions being asked today. For example:
Even within the US we have a regulated free market. That causes problems when rules vary by city, county, & state. Would it be better to have the feds do the regulating?

Should CEOs focus more sharply on social challenges?
